Processing time of the shipment
All orders are processed the same day if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped and are usually not delivered on weekends or holidays. If we record a high volume of orders, shipments can be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery. In case of long delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery
The shipping costs of your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates apply to orders placed before 3 pm and apply only to days of the week.

La Poste Colissimo delivery charges are charged at a flat rate. Standard UK €4.90 delivery is sent using the Colissimo Mail service and your order will be delivered within 5 days. Free delivery is sent either by La Poste Colissimo or Royal Mail 1st Class or via a Courier.
Orders under €50:
La Poste Colissimo : €3.99 delivery within 5 working days from dispatch.
Orders over €50:
Free delivery within 5 working days from dispatch.
Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man:
La Poste Colissimo Mail : €4.99 delivery within 5-7 working days from dispatch.
Colissimo international :
Europe from €4.99 – La Poste Colissimo Mail International Standard
Rest of World from €5.99 – La Poste Colissimo Mail International Standard
Delivery charges are charged depending on the weight of your item. Please see the tables below to get a rough idea of the delivery costs.
We reserve the right to contact you with a revised shipping charge if the products ordered exceed the Royal Mail International limit of 2kg. Items despatched via Royal Mail International are usually delivered within a 7-14 working day period but can take slightly longer.
Your order will be sent via the La Poste Colissimo Mail International Standard Service and on occassions we may need to upgrade your order to a tracked service due to a weight issue or due to the value of your order.

International Delivery via Courier
Delivery charges are charged at a flat rate. This means you can order up to 25kg and the delivery charge will remain the same. If your order exceeds 25kg then we may contact you to discuss further charges. Items dispatched are usually delivered in a 3-10 day period.
