Your article does not please you or you encounter a problem with your article (damaged, missing …), these are things that happen …
In accordance with articles L.121-20-12 and following of the code of the consumption, you have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days to send your request to the seller.In this case, log in to your account, in the section “My orders” and go to the article concerned so use the form to send your retraction request to the seller. The latter will return to you no later than 3 business days. The item must be returned in perfect condition in its original condition and within the 30 day cancellation period from the date of receipt of the package. The cost of returning the item are at your expense. A quick and easy refund After receipt and approval of the return by the seller, the item will be refunded within a maximum of 21 working days. We will re-credit the credit card that has served to the settlement of the article.

Results
All returns must be sent with the postmark within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and tags attached.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (30) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
