CBD isolate or full spectrum product?mister_green
The popularity of cannabidiol (CBD) is rising. Many sites where products in the form of CBD oil are on sale open. But before letting you try and get into anything, we prefer to let you know. To better understand what you are buying, it is important that you know how to differentiate between a CBD isolate product and a full spectrum CBD product. And here, explanations are needed.
What is CBD?
CBD means cannabidiol. It is a molecule found in cannabis plants such as industrial hemp, Sativa and Indica. Unlike THC, this product is not a psychoactive drug and is therefore legal, which is not the case for products containing THC (apart from certain medicines authorized by the ANSM). As there are several varieties of plants there are several properties in terms of cannabinoids. It is now necessary to know what is the difference between CBD insulation products and full spectrum products.
CBD full spectrum products:
A full spectrum product does not contain any unwanted plant material, and only keeps cannabinoids and terpenes. The product therefore contains a broad spectrum of more than 100 different cannabinoids that, combined with each other, offer many advantages. Full spectrum products are easily recognizable by their dark color and a sweet scent of cannabis. These products, as the law requires, do not have THC, and therefore do not cause side effects if taken in moderation.
CBD isolate products:
CBD isolate products have nothing other than the CBD molecule. The extraction method removes all plant traces and other cannabinoids to keep only one, in the form of crystals. They are then mixed with an oil. As you can see, this method does not offer the same benefits as the broad-spectrum product, but the strict benefits of CBD.
